This was a collaboration with Jump Studios who had been commissioned to redesign the interior and fittings of Honda’s scooter showrooms in London. We drew various types of road junction found in the UK and then used each one as a kind of pixel to compose some street furniture typically found in Britain – letterboxes, streetlights, traffic cones and so on. These drawings were then used to make up scenes that went onto windows and interior walls. In places the drawings became abstracted though enlargement and by displaying them across different planes.
